Gimmee food

I spent an hour counting birds this morning for the RSBP Birdwatch. I had some lovely photos of the blackbird but blipfoto says the image is too small. Think I had camera set wrong.
Anyway, they accepted this photo of one of our Jumbo Jet wood pigeons that seem to be mating all year and gobbling everything in site.
They would make a wonderful pie .......
We have spent a stressful afternoon trying to compose a letter to the local rag, objecting to comments made by a certain Councillor about the plans to build two new schools opposite. He has made us ( neighbourhood) so angry and it is hard not to be rude and emotional in our letter. Bet they don't publish it anyway but at least we have tried.
The plans haven't been passed yet but they have been advertising for a Head Teacher already - a bit presumptuous !
