Lockdown day 19
A run by phone photo from the summit of my morning run. This is a hill which in most parts of the country (except perhaps Norfolk) would be considered a slight lump.
Pausing for a blip gives me a good excuse to stop and gasp for breath!
Slight disaster today. Was chomping my bacon sandwich for lunch and a crown came off my tooth! Of course there’s no dental treatment going on at the moment, but rang my dentist and he advised I might be able to push it back into place. So I did. It’s ok so far but I’m going to have to be very careful.
