wise old fruit

today has mostly been spent attempting to revise, although to be fair, i have spent more time bricking it about how little my brain is taking in! little brother called in for a cuppa today as he was in manchester :-) it was so nice to see him, he's a real good egg! he really is a wise old fruit these days, it really fascinates me still that he is such a grownup and so sensible and down to earth! he also reminded me of the phrase "it's better to regret something you've done instead of something you've not done" ...very wise words to live by...even if we were discussing why i hadn't messaged the nice sounding and looking boy off internet dating! hahaha! ahemm! still, i feel very lucky to have such a lovely brother :-)
