lovely lake

 
I took the day off running today, with the intention of completing a long run tomorrow. Instead I did some yoga and stretching and some foam rollering of my legs.
I have written some more of my book and then went to the lake with my daughter on our bikes. The ducks and swan made lovely patterns on the water and I managed to capture it for this photo.

Whilst we are not to be out sitting under trees at the moment, the message here is that planting a seed today will have an effect in the future, what seed it is you may start to plant.
