Riverside walk!

What a glorious afternoon and evening!

We walked from Cockermouth to Broughton along the river Derwent, and back via Papcastle.


The fells in the background are Hopegill Head, Whiteside, Grasmoor and the Buttermere valley.

There were lots of lambs in the fields...see the ‘extra’ to see them by the river!
