Such a busy day!!

R came over today to collect our click and collect order from Tesco’s in Lincoln.

On the way past the animal feed supplier she picked up another bag of bird seed, as we are getting through our supply rather quickly. I did wonder if this might be considered as non essential shopping, but the store was open and supporting small businesses is important. Also our birdlife contributes to the psychological well-being of us humans:0)

Amber was rather over exited when R called in for the bags and order. They spent time sitting on the driveway having hugs and cuddles before she left.

Apparently the store area was so quiet, no queues and only a couple of minutes for the collection!!!!

When she returned I made coffee and pancakes with the new jam. We sat in the garden, safely separated by the required distance, while she updated us on the news.

We don’t have another collection slot, so she has offered to do our shopping nearer to her home and bring it over. We should have enough supplies to do 2-3 weeks, so that will work. May just need milk in the meantime.

Amber collapsed on her bed after she left.
