Sunset

Stunning sunset this evening.

Have had a productive couple of days, particularly in terms of my course, although I am having problems getting my head round this unit. Have done some things round the house, read a fair bit of the book I'm reading at the moment, and did another meditation session, although I think I fell asleep during it! I'm trying it out although my mind keeps wandering!

Made a chicken korma this evening, then went for a walk to see the sun going down.
