Fully Open....

the Chinese Banana tree blossom is fully opened on the upper right.   Every leaf has come out, vertically, and some are laying downward .   The blossom on the lower left, is still in the process of opening.   This process of opening is going on 6-8 weeks now.  When I was told the blossom lasts a long time, the  resource wasn't kidding!    I haven't yet, though, seen any signs of a banana development.   I don't know if this tree actually bears fruit.   I will keep an eye out for a while longer.
