Happy Easter!

Carrot cake not long out of the oven and smelling wonderful. Had a cupboard clear out a few weeks ago and today I realized that I didn't have icing sugar to make a drizzle topping. I didn't have raisins, so used sultanas. I didn't have orange peel, so used lemon! Hope it tastes okay haha. And hope that you are all having a good Easter Day. Keep safe and well everyone.
