More Tulips
I’ve been moving plants around to clear a border for Crambe cordifolia - a recent acquisition from Mrs McGregor’s garden/nursery in Kircudbright. Last year I filled the border up temporarily with millet grass grown from seed and some other recent acquisitions. So I moved out two Verbena bonariensis and three White Veronicastrums. To find a home for one of these I had to move a Verbascum and some Erythronium. I potted up some of these for a friend who has lost hers then planted the rest in a new bed by the greenhouse. Seeds started off were Nicotiana, Scabiosa Black Cat And Lupinus Nanus. Oh and I fed the roses. The Blip photo is my empty border still waiting to be planted up with tulips in the foreground.
