Happy place

Bit of a lie in before taking Kilda to the gardens. Had a nice walk with a few other dogs in there. Maize lost her ball this morning but I think we managed to find it. We had loads of apples left in the fridge that we aren’t eating now as we are working from home so I made 2 apple pies, an apple crumble for dinner tonight and 6 individual apple crumbles as well. Also made cheesy pastry roses with the leftover pastry from the pies. J had a relaxing day reading the papers in the lounge window with Kilda helping out. J did a bit in the garden before taking Kilda for her second walk while I cooked treacle & marmite marinated roast beef with celeriac and roast pots.
