Bees are Back

Easter Sunday was very quiet due to social distancing although it can get noisy outside at times with the neighbours yelling at each other from their own yards or passing by when out walking. It was a lovely sunny day again and I took the macro lens out in the garden to catch a bee or two. Only this one was seen feasting on the dandelions when I was there. I pulled a lot of dandelions out as they are prolific already this year but I left plenty for the bees. The gardeners here mow around the dandelion flowers and the daisies so the bees have something in the early spring. This was not the prettiest photo but it is the first clear one I have taken of an air born bee.
