Ingrid's Easter

As the Easter sunrise began its ascent this morning, word began to spread of Ingrid’s arrival in heaven. She was a good one as they say, someone you’d have liked to have had as a friend and neighbor. And so it was on this day, of all days, that she began her new life. The angel choir was getting a sweet voice, and the first violin chair was in for a battle if only in our minds. Here, our Easter was received with the reminder of human fraility, but for Ingrid it was realized in all of heaven’s eternal bliss.
