Hunting for eggs

We walked through the woods to watch Nora hunt for hidden Easter eggs in her front yard. She was absolutely precious and very good at finding them. Hunter slept through it all in his stroller. We brought Nora some treats that the Easter Bunny left for her at our house. She gave us some of the hard boiled eggs she and her mother dyed this week. 

Then we drove to a nearby town to drop off similar treats for a great niece and great nephew on T's side of the family. We had a drive by at T's sister and brother in law's house, then came home to a pantry Easter meal that was delicious. Donna and Greg came by with traditional Easter ham and fixings too for us to enjoy tomorrow night. 

It was a very different Easter, but wonderful too. We watched a sunrise service online conducted by the the UCC ministers that married us back in 2013. We have counted our blessings many times today, we know we are very lucky to have our health and many family members close by.

This day came in sunny, but cool. A big rain and windstorm is on the way for tomorrow.
