Blackboy peaches

Hubby harvested the blackboy peaches off our 3 trees while I was away and forgot to tell me. I discovered them at the bottom of our second fridge in the laundry so I thought I had better look through them. They have kept very well and I was able to cook them up and put 4 containers worth into the deep freeze plus some for tea tonight. Yum!
