Winter silhouettes

Quiet day today as we were both tired from our visit to Derby. The snow has all gone and I made use of the slightly milder weather and a bit of a breeze and managed to get two loads of washing almost dry on the line. Things are still looking quite stark in the garden but they do make interesting shapes against the sky.

......Just received a slightly drunken and merry phone call from the boys (pa & little bro) they have been watching the footie on the telly and are absolutely ecstatic that their team Oldham Athletic beat Liverpool at Boundary Park 3-2. They are just on their way out for more 'celebrations!'......I dread to think but I'm pleased the boys are so happy :-))
