What a change in temperature this morning : It must have dropped 20 degrees here in Norwich. I had to go back to my winter coat with the hood up for walking to Swan nest.



I am very grateful to a pal who phoned me this morning : I'd slipped into misery and withdrawl but managed to ask for a call before I slid under the water. So loves remember : contact is vital in these frightening times, reach out before you drown.
