Best left unchanged

The 1/2 length railway sleeper weighs about 40kg and I had to move 4 of them about 50 meters. My go to sack barrow was suffering from yet another puncture (or failed valve) so I wheeled out the one that came with the house. At least 1970’s in age but quite possibly older, with reliable solid rubber tyres. Did the job perfectly! Some designs are just best left unchanged!

The swan is bronze just in case......
