Bliping the blipper.

A visit to town today for a little shopping. 4 things on the list and came back empty handed.
Came across this lady who was taking some shots for the local paper about the city centre shopping or lack of it.
I got caught taking her photo but she was very amused by it and liked the idea of blip, so we might have a new blipper soon.
