Jump for Joy

Q jumping for me on our walk. 

Quiet day.
early run - just over 7km.
Family walk.
lovely lunch cooked by Z (we are surviving on potatoes at the moment)
Indie and I have taken apart an old mud kitchen which was no longer fit for purpose and re-jigged and modernised it.  she is happy although when it was finished she did say "thats not exactly how i imagined it would look like" after some questioning we found that it was missing a pink unicorn stamp!
Lovely dinner.
