Another job done
The weather has gone from the sublime (too hot to work in the garden) to the ridiculous - almost too cold to work in the garden - in less than 24hrs.
Despite the cold weather, whilst I was out doing our supermarket shopping, W finished another job on our "to do" list - he moved the bird feeder so it is more readily visible from inside our garden room. The large shrubby tree in the centre is Pittosporum Elizabeth - she was no more than 2ft high when planted nearly 5 years ago. And has continued to grow since a previous comparison photo taken 2 years ago.
The birds have very rapidly found the feeder in its new position, and do not seem at all worried by the proximity of the garden room windows, even when there are people standing watching them.
