Because life is worth celebrating every day

We are so grateful

to live in a country with a health service free at the point of delivery

to live amongst people who take the restrictions seriously without fuss

to live in a beautiful part of the world

that our semi-retirement lives can play out with hardly any disruption

for a superb walk today-this is the view as we came back of our little enclave but our house is tucked away at the back, overlooking the river down below

for a family where everyone is well, getting on with their jobs and lives as best they can

for friends who look out for each other and care how we are doing

...because life is worth celebrating every day
