Easy chicken traybake....

..with smoky bacon and tomatoes, courtesy of Jamie Oliver.  Easter for my family is similar to Christmas, with a traditional leg of lamb for the whole family and lots of Easter decorations and egg hunt for the wee ones.  Since it could be only J and I this Easter decided on a simpler meal. Delicious despite everything else.
