Go Away, Snow

Another lovely day.
Snow arrived this morning causing schools to shut, roads to get a little bit wet, and people to totally overreact.
My mum got home around 1pm which was lovely, and I headed out soon after to meet a friend.

We sat inside drinking coffee and talking for absolutely ages. It has been far too long since she and I sat down and had a good old natter. It was wonderful to see her, she inspires me to do so much and makes me feel great. We did a little shopping in the gradually-increasing snowfall and then headed on home.

This evening was peaceful and I cosied up in bed to read and laze about.
