Bread

I succumbed to the cliche of making bread. Started with two simple white loaves from a basic Jamie Oliver recipe as we had a bag of white bread flour.  We also have some very rustic and quite old wholemeal bread flour but whole meal loaves are trickier if you are not to end up with a brick.  The temperature plummeted today but there was no rain.  I had quite a lot of viewing work to catch up on and we walked late afternoon and saw virtually no one.  The light was gorgeous.
