Sunny on the outside

J was really out of sorts today. He reluctantly came out for a walk, which I instigated to get him away from winding B up. He acts first then thinks about his actions, which on occasion, can be quite unkind and rely on his extra strength. I tried to do really deep listening as we walked, then talking to Lily (the horse) seemed to calm him down a bit. Followed by him still not getting his own way and running off home alone about 10 seconds later.

I walked a bit further - it was a glorious day. I can't remember such good weather over easter for ages.
