Astrophotography Attempt II - Full Moon

After getting a snap of orion a couple of weeks ago which I wasn't particularly pleased with, I tried to get tonight's full moon. Tricky again to get it sharp with my camera (or with my skills rather) I was again a little disappointed but perhaps my expectations were too high to begin with!

Settings were manual, ISO100, f11, 1/125, 70-300mm lens set to manual and focused to infinity. Anyone with any better suggestions, please let me know! I think to get the type of shot I want to get I need to get a telescope and camera attachment but I'm sure better can still be got with the equipment I've got.
