Record keeping
I have been circling the garden like a mad thing to get my miles in. A friend asked how many laps to mile so I headed out with trusty pen and paper (well, pretty postcard) to keep track.
It turns out that around 60 laps and 25 minutes are needed for a mile - any faster leads to dizziness. So that is not too bad and means I can plot out my miles across the day, especially when I am at work.
