Desperate blip

I was given this Birthday Book in 1954 from my friend who lived next door to me.
 It's her Birthday today and her brother was 80 yesterday.
Cynthia has lived in New Zealand since the 60's.
I visited her there in 2002.
It's very sunny today but cold.
I tidied the garden a bit.Lot's of plants were covered in greenfly.
I squashed them between my fingers.
Very sticky but VERY effective ;)
