Day off

I am one of the lucky ones at work who are not yet on furlough but we are mandated to book one day off each week to cut costs. I have been working on all of these so far, essentially taking a 20% pay cut but today S. took the day off too so I took my day with only a passing feeling of guilt for clients neglected.
Went a fairly long walk in the afternoon down some previously unexplored local paths. One thing for Covid instead of the old way of jumping-in-the-car-to-Suffolk we have the OS map out now exploring every walkable/ cyclable corner of our peninsula.
