Swantastic

We woke this morning and no internet, disaster,  no paper to read in bed or able to catch up with my fellow blippers. Did a couple of sudoku puzzles on the iPad.

After breakfast we decided to go a little further for our walk and headed to the Mere, still walking distance from home - 4 mile round trip.
Took my camera as lots of photo opportunities.
Surprisingly we didn’t see many people about.

Back home got my baking head on and made a Victoria sponge. Just had a slice with a nice cup of tea. Mr PC out painting more of the fence, a few dodgy bits, so he is mending as he goes. 

Warmed up again so I have been sitting in the sun.

So impressed to hear that lovely old gent has raised all that money for the NHS, walking with his frame, inspiration to us all.

Just heard another 3 weeks of lockdown.
