Draw your breathing.
The 5 min exercise to prepare for the session was to draw your breathing. As you breathe in and out move the pen up and down . I was the only one who closed their eyes while doing it , so mine was the most erratic. Interestingly everyone else's looked like waves. We had to do breathe normally then after a few mins breathe deeper and longer.

After that we could work on that image or start another one. I decided to colour in the spaces.
After lunch was a therapy session.
