Normality resumed

A bit different to last week's long run when there was several inches of snow on the ground and it snowed all the way round. Today all the snow was gone, the mud & water had returned and it was 10C and sunny.
Did an out and back 11 mile run with a 3 min negative split. Brings my total miles for Jan more than I've ever done in 1 month. My knees have noticed though so they'll be glad next week is a cutback week.
