Desiccated

These fruits have been on the fruit plate in the kitchen for ages. We didn't get round to eating them. Now they have desiccated, so they could be good for props in a still life every now and then.

Spent virtually all day preparing a presentation on Flower Photography for the camera club, presented with Zoom. I was gratified that it seemed to be appreciated.

Did take Basil out in the afternoon. The wind has dropped but there's still a slight chill in the air. Beautiful blue sky.

Interesting that the BBC didn't announce exactly how many deaths there had been from coronavirus in the last 24 hour reporting period. Sounds as if they're falling over themselves to include deaths in care homes and the community.

The virus has resurged in Iran where the authorities had agreed to open up again. It really isn't good news.
