Landscape created by development of new road
The building of Westconnex is a massive infrastructure project - one of several. Look up, we see cranes. Look down, we see big holes in the ground. The photo shows a pile of dirt dug up for the Westconnex interchange right next to Sydney Park where I walk nearly every day. Protests were unable to stop it going ahead - no surprise. But I quite like the pile of dirt. It's very white, sometimes it supports vegetation, and it's always changing.
The extra is shot a bit further on and shows a glorious day.
Thanks for hosting Freyjad. Stay well all.
