11 years to get to 365 days

I always like to connect the blip to the milestone, if possible. So when my parents gave me some of my maternal grandfather's papers last month (pre-lockdown) I thought, brilliant, there's bound to be something date-wise that I can blip.

Hmm ...

Despite decades worth of farm accounts I can only find one entry dated 15th April, in his 'Movement of Animals (Records) Order of 1925 - Form of Record'. 


So, on the 15th April 1936 my grandfather, then aged 26, moved or sold a cob from the family farm 'Wern [Wernberni], Llanboidy' to 'Evans, Llwyncelyn, Lampeter'.

I'll leave off boring you with my family tree until another time - and I will bore you!
