State of Mind

My walk to the beach wasn't quite as successful as usual.  Mostly relating to folks lack of consideration for others.  Anyway I came back without much to write home about in my camera.  

There is a long list of things I'm not allowed to eat at present.  Chocolate is one of them so Mrs M has me well supplied with fruit gums and the like.   I wasn't sure whether I should go with the photo or the less positive extra.   In the end my naturally sunny disposition got the better of me (-:

Been listening to a lot of Sufjan Stevens lately.  Some of material is wonderfully uplifting.
