What a Difference a Day Makes

What a beautiful day it has been today.  I woke up feeling well for a change this morning, so seized the moment and went for a long walk with my camera.  I walked a circular route to the village of Letheringsett (via the ford) and back.  I saw a male blackcap along the old railway line (although he wouldn't keep still or come out from behind branches for a photo) and I also heard the woodpeckers hammering in the woods as well as the chirpy chiff chaffs calling.
I've added a couple of extras...it was a fab walk, so lovely to see all the leaves emerging and there were a few bluebells coming into flower too.
It really lifted my spirits!
