The Trees They Do Grow High #2

We managed to post our parcel at the post office today, only 2 people ahead of me in the queue.  As it was Wide Wednesday I came out with just my wide angle lens intending to walk on towards Hampnett to get a local landscape view towards the church, which I did (see extra). The view options were a bit limited as, at last, they are fixing the subsiding road into Northleach, so there were JCBs and trucks aplenty in the field just of the road. They seem to be shifting a lot of earth, you'd think they might be considering a bypass or a flyover!

For my main blip though I preferred the shot in the other direction into the trees on the other side of the road.

In other news the two zero gravity chairs which I ordered on line arrived, so that's us sorted for the duration of the lockdown, assuming we survive and the good weather holds. And we now have a high tech digital thermometer, which I'm hoping we won't need.
