Vibrant green

Day 23

I really liked the way the sun was shining on these few leaves turning the green really vivid and bright. Another lovely dog walk... and then just had to face a trip to the supermarket. We've 'made do' for as long as we possibly could.

We decided to try the M&S food hall in the metro centre (Europe's largest shopping mall). It was so strange to see the vast car park practically empty. The social distancing queue, controlling how many people could enter at any one time, was quite short and the shelves were extremely well stocked with lots of variety and fresh produce. We had to shop wisely because prices are quite high but it felt worth it to have an ample choice of good quality foods and a safe shopping environment. Very grateful for this today.

Then sat outside in the garden in the afternoon and relaxed.

Sunshine & walks with my daughter
Work...& time off from it.
