My afternoon

5.5 k run at 6am, There was a ground frost, Roads seemed busy work day! Back home safely, walked around aimlessly until the fence paint arrived!.

So here I have started 3 panels done and very pleased a lot of paint on.me too!! Was.good therapy and then had enough..

Work tomorrow and Friday, fence painting to.resume At the weekend and i bought a bucket to wash our car!!! and our daughters.. gulp not.done that in years!!!

Liking getting back.to basics and also the much slower pace..
