Lit Up

Primula auricula 'Starling', it's full beauty revealed by the bright sunlight today, a deep, dusky purple speckled with farina .... like the sparkles on a Starling's breast.

Photographed in my friend's greenhouse on a short dog walk while Jamie had his latest video call with the hospital team.   Meg is still delightful and will hopefully learn the 'house rules' in time with our help.  Highlight today was an early evening walk over the river and along country lanes just outside town (extra pic.)
