Special flower

Today I was up early, and did some housework, and out by 10am.

I met an old school friend, who I had not seen for 30yrs. However, we recognised each other straight away. We sat chatting, and before we knew it 31/2hrs passed. We reminisced, laughed and had a great time. We have agreed not to leave it so long for our next meet, as we do not want to meet on our zimmer frames!

I then went to Dedham Art Centre, and then to Mataland for some bits for my bathroom and across to Maplin to buy a photobox and lamps. As I would like to use my macro more than I have.

Then off to another friends for my weekly weigh in. I lost another 2 1/4lb this week. So overall I have lost 5 1/4lb in 2 weeks, so I am pleased with that. I think I mentioned each week we put £5 in the pot, so a saving scheme at the same time.

This is a flower in a bouquet my friend was given at a dinner for doing 15yrs service, at a major store. So I used my macro to take this.

Hope you all had good weekend. Just watching Mr Selfridge and off to bed as have shit week ahead.
