Birdwatch

This wooden humming bird is not a bird that will be seen in the Big Garden Birdwatch when people are being encouraged to spend an hour recording the highest number of each bird species seen in their gardens or local park at any one time this weekend and then submitting the results to the RSPB. Some species that were once common such as starlings and sparrows have declined considerably since the Birdwatch began in 1979 but others like tits have increased in that period.
