Lunch taken alfresco on the step in the garden

The sun had moved around from the patio.
Shopping for Mum & myself early this morning.
Spent a little while in the garden & greenhouse then lunch with the above very local landscape. Loving the hot colours of the tulips. Must remember where to add colour for next Spring. I bought 4 varieties of tulips, mixed them together, then scattered them so they are jumbled in the garden. The euphorbia's add a zingy lime green, then the purples of ajuga, pittosporum 'Tom Thumb', purple leaved hebe, & heuchera. The ornamental grass I love.
Up to the allotment this afternoon to give everything a good watering, the sun is really warm but the wind quite chilly.
