Lilac time

Our friend Janne came by today nearly dwarfed by gorgeous lilac blossoms from her garden. They are hand-raised and have an amazing fragrance!

After the warm, sunny weather we’ve been having, the neighborhood is bursting with color: pink dogwood, purple hyacinth, yellow iris and forsythia, red tulips, bluebells, white pear blossoms. It’s like Dorothy waking up in Oz in a monochrome house opening the door to a full color scene.
