Otter eating

Yesterday I felt rubbish and could barely get out of bed. I haven't been sleeping very well. But today I woke up, it was sunny and I managed to get out of bed. I went to the WWT London wetland centre in Barnes. It's a bit of a fiddly journey but it's a very peaceful place. They got some asian short clawed otters last summer, they're good fun to watch. I feel better for the day out but also rather drained.
