The Hundred Steps!

Rediscovered a walk of my childhood today which included 'The Hundred Steps'. The areas remains as beautiful as I remember; quiet, green, tree lined and hidden. So lovely to find it hadn't changed!

I am just about to have a go at learning to play the ukulele as I acquired one from school. I thought why not give it a go with a YouTube tutorial or fifty!!!

I will be out clapping again at 8pm as we continue to rely so much on those front line, key workers. Once this pandemic is over, and we return to a new form of the so called normal, we will remain grateful to all those people who continued to keep the country going. It's important to remember they do a fantastic job each and every day of the year...not just when crisis point is hit.

Keep smiling, in the words of Captain Tom Moore, tomorrow will be a good day. With his amazing fundraising total increasing by the hour, it's a mantra that has definitely worked for him. What an inspirational gentleman.
