Leave me be

Out for a walk this morning and saw what looked like litter in this little Christmas tree. Went to pick it out and found this note tied in to make sure no one tries to take this tree home. I wonder what the story is. As you’ll see, Koj tried to help with today’s blip by getting her tail in every shot.
