At your left hand you see the panamericana. Here it has 4 lanes in both directions. Outside the city sometimes it is much smaller.

At on the hills live the poors. Maybe you can spot those yellow staires. These is a donation from the state (or better from the President before the election) that the people don't have to climp up very dangerous trails of stones. Because there is no canalistion you have creeks of sewage running down those trails spoiling and smutching them.
